/unfulfilled Lists paid orders still unfulfilled after 3 days, grouped by likely cause, so nothing slips.
Add opens your Shopify admin with the skill prefilled; review it there and click Add. If nothing appears, use Copy and follow the steps below.

Values come from your store profile when set. Leave a field blank to keep the placeholder and fill it in Sidekick.
The skill
Suggested shortcut:/unfulfilled Show me paid orders that are still unfulfilled after [DAYS] days. ## Steps 1. List orders with payment status paid and fulfillment status unfulfilled or partially fulfilled, placed more than [DAYS] days ago, oldest first. 2. For each, note: order number, days waiting, total, shipping method, and a likely cause chosen from: an item is out of stock, contains a pre-order or made-to-order item, address flagged or incomplete, high risk, on hold, or no obvious cause. 3. Group the list by cause and give a count per group. ## Output The grouped list as a table with order number, days, total, cause. Then one line: total orders and total value waiting. Do not fulfil, cancel, refund or message anyone in this skill. If there are none, say "Nothing older than [DAYS] days."
How to add it to Sidekick

What you get
A daily backlog check that sorts stuck orders by why they are stuck, so you fix causes rather than chasing orders one by one.
When to use it
Every morning, or after any stock or supplier problem. The “no obvious cause” group is where lost orders hide.
Variations
- “Also tag them ‘late’” pairs with
/tag-orders. - “Only orders with express shipping” during peak season.
Limits
Third-party fulfillment services update status on their own schedule; an order may be shipped but not yet marked.
