# Unfulfilled Orders Older Than 3 Days

Show me paid orders that are still unfulfilled after [DAYS] days.

## Steps
1. List orders with payment status paid and fulfillment status unfulfilled or partially fulfilled, placed more than [DAYS] days ago, oldest first.
2. For each, note: order number, days waiting, total, shipping method, and a likely cause chosen from: an item is out of stock, contains a pre-order or made-to-order item, address flagged or incomplete, high risk, on hold, or no obvious cause.
3. Group the list by cause and give a count per group.

## Output
The grouped list as a table with order number, days, total, cause. Then one line: total orders and total value waiting.

Do not fulfil, cancel, refund or message anyone in this skill. If there are none, say "Nothing older than [DAYS] days."
