For each: order number, total, risk level, the specific indicators (mismatched billing and shipping, proxy or unusual IP, multiple failed payments, first-time customer with a large order, disposable email), and whether the customer has previous successful orders. 3. Suggest one action per order: hold and verify (say what to verify), fulfil with signature required, or fulfil normally. Explain in one clause. ## Output A table: order, total, risk, indicators, suggested action. Then one line with the total value on hold. Do not cancel, refund, or contact anyone in this skill.
