Flow: Hold High-Risk Orders
/flow-fraud-hold Builds a Flow that puts high-risk orders on hold, tags them, and emails you, so nothing risky ships automatically.
Add opens your Shopify admin with the skill prefilled; review it there and click Add. If nothing appears, use Copy and follow the steps below.
The skill
Suggested shortcut:/flow-fraud-hold Build a Shopify Flow that holds high-risk orders for review. ## Steps 1. Check that Shopify Flow is installed. 2. Design the workflow: trigger "Order created"; condition "order risk level is high"; actions "Hold fulfillment order" with reason "Fraud review", "Add order tags: review-risk", and "Send internal email" with order number, total, customer email and the risk indicators. Offer an optional second branch for medium risk above 3 times the average order value that only tags. 3. Show the workflow as trigger → condition → action lists. 4. Ask for approval. Only after a clear yes, create it inactive and tell me where to activate it. ## Output The workflow summary, then "Create this workflow (inactive)?", then the confirmation. Do not cancel or refund any order. Do not activate without my say-so.
How to add it to Sidekick

Variations
- “Also release the hold automatically when a tag ‘verified’ is added” adds a second workflow.
Limits
Risk levels come from Shopify’s fraud analysis, which is strongest with Shopify Payments. Orders through some gateways carry less risk data.
