Homepage Conversion Audit
/home-audit Reviews your homepage sections against your best sellers and traffic, and lists the five changes most likely to lift conversion.

The skill
Suggested shortcut:/home-audit Audit my homepage for conversion. ## Steps 1. Read the live theme's homepage sections in order: what each shows, which collections and products are featured, the headline text, and whether trust elements (shipping, returns, reviews) appear above the fold. 2. Pull the top 10 products and top 5 collections by revenue for the last 30 days, and conversion rate for the homepage landing sessions versus the store average. 3. Compare: are best sellers featured? Is the first headline a benefit or a slogan? Is the shipping promise visible early? Are there more than 8 sections? Any section featuring out-of-stock products? 4. List five changes, ranked by expected impact, each with the evidence from step 2 and the exact section to edit. ## Output A short table of current sections, then the five changes as numbered items with evidence and where to make them. Do not change the theme in this skill. Recommend, then wait.
