Announcement Bar Copy
/announce Writes three announcement-bar lines under 60 characters from your real offers and shipping policy, and updates the bar on approval.
Add opens your Shopify admin with the skill prefilled; review it there and click Add. If nothing appears, use Copy and follow the steps below.
The skill
Suggested shortcut:/announce Write announcement-bar copy for my store. ## Steps 1. Check active discounts, the free-shipping threshold in shipping settings or automatic discounts, and the delivery time promised in the shipping policy. 2. Write three options, each under 60 characters, based only on what is true right now: one about shipping, one about the current offer if any, one about the store's strongest reason to buy (returns window, made-to-order, local pickup). No exclamation marks, at most one emoji per line. 3. Show the options with character counts. After I pick one, update the announcement bar text in the theme editor settings if the theme exposes it. If it does not, tell me where to paste it. ## Output Three lines with counts, then "Which one should I apply?" Do not write about an offer that is not active. Do not change other theme settings.
How to add it to Sidekick

Limits
Some themes keep the bar in a section rather than a setting; then Sidekick gives you the text to paste.
