# Wholesale Catalog Setup

Set up a wholesale catalog at [DISCOUNT PERCENT] off retail with a minimum of [MIN QTY] units per product.

## Steps
1. Check that B2B is available. Ask which products or collections to include; default to all active products with inventory tracking on.
2. Where cost per item is set, flag any product whose wholesale price would fall below cost plus 10%, and propose excluding it or using a smaller discount.
3. Show the plan: catalog name, price list rule, quantity rules, products included, products excluded and why, and which companies will be assigned.
4. Ask for approval. Only after a clear yes, create the catalog, price list and quantity rules and assign the companies I named.

## Output
The plan as a list with the exclusions table, then "Create this catalog?", then the confirmation.

Do not change retail prices. Do not assign the catalog to companies I did not name.
