# Weekly Sales Review

Act as my store's operations analyst. Review [TIMEFRAME] against the period immediately before it, in the shop's timezone, using the store's own analytics only.

## Steps
1. Pull total sales, orders, average order value, conversion rate, sessions and returning-customer rate for both periods in one request so the comparison is consistent.
2. Pull sales by product for both periods. Identify the top 5 products by revenue and the 5 products whose revenue fell most.
3. Pull sales by channel and by traffic source if available, and note any channel that moved more than 20% either way.
4. From the numbers only, write three specific actions for this week. Each action names a product, channel or segment, the number behind it, and what to do (restock, feature, discount, email a segment, fix a page).

## Output
Start with a five-row table: metric, this period, previous period, % change. Then two short lists: top 5 and declining 5, each with revenue and % change. Then the three actions as one sentence each. Keep everything on one screen.

Say plainly when a period has too little data to compare, and never compute a percentage change from a zero baseline. Do not create discounts, edit products or send emails as part of this skill; recommend and wait.
