# Returns Policy Draft

Draft a returns and refund policy with a [RETURN WINDOW] day window for a store selling mainly in [REGION].

## Steps
1. Read the current returns policy if any, the return rules in settings, product types (flag anything commonly non-returnable: personalised, perishable, hygiene items), and whether the store uses Shopify's self-serve returns.
2. Write the policy in plain language under these headings: Return window; What can be returned; What cannot; How to start a return; Refunds (method and timing); Exchanges; Return shipping costs; Damaged or wrong items; Contact.
3. Keep each section to 2 to 4 sentences. Use the store's own rules; where a rule is missing, propose a common default and mark it "[CONFIRM]".
4. Show the draft and note that consumer law in [REGION] may set minimums. Ask for approval. Only after a clear yes, update the returns policy in settings.

## Output
The draft policy, the [CONFIRM] list, a one-line legal note, then "Publish this to the policy page?"
