# Lapsed Customers Segment

Build a lapsed-customer segment: at least one order ever, none in the last [DAYS] days.

## Steps
1. Count customers matching the rule and report the total and the share of all customers with orders.
2. Split them: one-time buyers versus repeat buyers who stopped. Report both counts and the average lifetime spend of each group.
3. List the 5 products most often bought by the repeat-buyer group; these are the win-back hooks.
4. Show the segment definition in plain words. Ask for approval. Only after a clear yes, create a saved segment named "Lapsed [DAYS]d".

## Output
The counts as a small table, the 5 products, the definition, then "Create the segment?"

Do not email or tag anyone in this skill. Exclude customers who have unsubscribed from marketing when reporting counts for email use.
