## Steps
1. Pull average order value and the distribution of order totals for the last 60 days. Check shipping settings for the current rates and any existing free-shipping rules.
2. Recommend a threshold 15% to 25% above the median order value, rounded to a natural number, and explain with the numbers: what share of orders already qualify and what share sit within 20% below it.
3. Show the proposed automatic discount: free shipping, minimum purchase at the threshold, all countries the store ships to unless I limit it, no end date, combines with product discounts.
4. Ask for approval. Only after a clear yes, create the automatic discount and confirm.
