# Dead Stock and Clearance Plan

Find my dead stock and propose a clearance plan.

## Steps
1. Pull inventory by variant and units sold in the last 90 days. Select variants with more than 5 units on hand and 2 or fewer units sold.
2. Value the stock using cost per item where set, otherwise price, and say which. Rank by stock value.
3. For each of the top 15 by value, propose one action: bundle with a related best seller (name it), discount (suggest a percentage that keeps margin above cost if cost is known), feature in an email or on the homepage, or mark for removal. Give one reason each.
4. Estimate the cash that clearing the top 15 at the proposed discounts would release.

## Output
A table: product, variant, on hand, sold in 90 days, stock value, proposed action, reason. Then the cash estimate.
