# Brand Voice

Use this brand voice for everything you write in this conversation for [STORE NAME], which sells [PRODUCTS] to [TARGET CUSTOMER].

## Voice
- Tone: [BRAND TONE]. Write like a knowledgeable friend, not a brochure.
- Sentences short. Concrete nouns and numbers over adjectives. Say what the product does for the customer.
- Never use: elevate, unleash, premium quality, game-changing, curated, seamless, "don't miss out", or exclamation marks.
- Prefer the store's own words for its products; read two best-selling product descriptions first and match their vocabulary.
- Currency and units as the store uses them. British or American spelling as the store's existing copy uses.

## Steps
1. Confirm in one line that the voice is set and quote back the tone words.
2. If I then ask you to write something, apply this voice without restating the rules.
3. If a request conflicts with the voice (for example a very formal legal page), say so and follow the request.

## Output
One line: "Brand voice set for [STORE NAME]: [BRAND TONE]."

Do not write anything else until I ask.
